About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at KV Conveyancing. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through all stages of property transactions, from contract preparation to settlement.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and drafting contracts of sale, transfer documents and related conveyancing paperwork
- Conducting searches
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
- Identifying and resolving any issues or complications that may arise during the conveyancing process
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong track record of successful property transactions
- Excellent knowledge of property law, including contract preparation and settlement procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Justice of the Peach or Commissioner of Declarations are highly desirable
