Boutique apartment and townhouse developments are now being planned in various sought-after locations in the SEQ corner.

The initial project is a large luxurious 120 Townhouse development in the Western Suburbs. On a Greenfield site the Successful site manager will begin during the pre-construction Phase- undertaking the planning and programming stage, looking for efficiencies and value-engineering opportunities. Early works will begin in the next couple of months with extensive civils and services to get underway.
The Site manager will take overall responsibility for the delivery of this impressive project and also manage a team of 2 foreman/supervisors on the ground
The future is bright with a 5-10 year pipeline of similar projects coming from their successful development team.
