Your day-to-day:


• Communicate with clients to collect and verify required documents


• Assess client goals, financial data, and borrowing capacity


• Structure loan applications with accuracy and attention to compliance


• Manage loan submissions through to settlement


• Maintain strong communication with clients before and after approval


• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure a seamless process


• Identify and improve internal processes to lift speed and accuracy

You'll thrive here if you:


• Have at least 2 years' experience as a Credit Analyst or Loan Processor


• Hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking


• Understand complex financials and can structure deals effectively


• Have excellent communication and prioritisation skills


• Work well under pressure while maintaining precision


• Are proactive, curious, and take ownership of outcomes
