About the role:

This isn't your typical sales role. We're looking for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships — not just closing deals.

As our BDM, you'll be the face of Dovida in the healthcare and hospital sectors — a trusted partner who brings warmth, credibility, and compassion to every interaction. You'll open doors, build referral networks, and help ensure more older Australians can access the quality care they deserve.

  • Have strong existing networks in healthcare, hospitals, or allied health
  • Take a consultative, relationship-first approach to business development
  • Are confident presenting to healthcare professionals and community leaders

What you will be doing:

  • Building partnerships with hospitals, GPs, allied health and aged care stakeholders
  • Growing referrals by becoming a trusted voice in the community
  • Attending hospital meetings, community events, expos, and healthcare forums
  • Working closely with our care and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client journey
  • Championing Dovida's mission — putting people at the heart of every connection
