Jim Pearson Transport has opportunities at our Port Macquarie and Taree depots for MC drivers. Experienced HC drivers who are willing and able to upgrade to an MC licence (at our cost) are encouraged to apply.

About you :

  • HC or MC driving experience
  • Ability to unload/load and restrain palletised freight
  • Experience in Roadranger (non-synchromesh) transmissions or willing to be trained
  • Forklift licence preferred
  • Flexibility and availability to work longer hours during peak periods
  • Strong focus on compliance and safety

This is important : All applicants must have the ability to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment and Trucksafe medical including Drug and Alcohol Testing.

  • Able to understand and complete relevant  paper work
  • Possess a positive attitude and be well presented
  • Be both reliable and punctual
  • Adhere to company and customer policies and procedures
