**Join Our Team at Dolmas Momo - Tibetan Street Food With Soul**

**Position**: Front-of-House / Kitchen Crew
**Location**: Gold Coast (Training at Night Markets, Store Opening Soon)
**Start Date**: Immediate (Training begins at Miami Marketta and Currumbin Night Markets)

Dolmas Momo is a modern Tibetan street food brand bringing soulful dumplings, spicy bowls, and bold flavors to the Australian food scene. We’re not just another dumpling stall — we’re a culture-forward food movement with heart, hustle, and a story to tell.

Our next chapter? A brand-new restaurant space — and we want you to grow into it with us.

**THE ROLE**
We’re hiring team members who are ready to learn, hustle, and help us build something exciting from the ground up. You’ll start by training at our night market stalls (think high energy, music, and momo steamers going off), then transition into our upcoming store.

**You’ll be doing things like**:

- Serving customers with warmth and confidence
- Assembling bowls and steaming momos
- Helping with prep and pack down
- Being part of a tight, supportive team
- Learning the culture and flavors behind what we do

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You’re reliable, curious, and love food
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (markets can get wild)
- You’re confident talking to customers and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
- You’re open to learning new things — no experience needed, just a great attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $35.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
