We are seeking an experienced Senior Low-Code Engineer (Salesforce) to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce-based solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Configuration & Development

  • Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Growth Edition), including:
  • Data Cloud: Customer data ingestion, transformation, segmentation, activation workflows, data modelling, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
  • Marketing Cloud: Email campaigns, customer journeys, automation workflows, audience segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Data & Marketing Clouds: Create interactive dashboards and drag-and-drop reports (real-time & historical) with role-based access and export capabilities for tracking KPIs and engagement metrics.
  • Salesforce Shield: Manage data encryption, monitoring, and security governance.

Product Delivery & Client Engagement

  • Lead client sessions to gather requirements, define user stories, and contribute to functional and technical design.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable, agile deliverables — ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and iterative sprints to deliver high-value product increments.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Design and execute comprehensive functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Leverage automated testing frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.

Problem Management & Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including data quality and integration challenges.
  • Perform systematic root cause analysis and implement secure, high-performance solutions.

Administration, Documentation & Training

  • Manage ongoing Salesforce administration, including user access, data governance, and system monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure optimal system adoption.

Essential Requirements

  • One or more of the following Salesforce certifications:
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Platform App Builder
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • Salesforce Shield
  • Salesforce Integration Patterns & APIs
  • Experience working within agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and advanced Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or formal agile training.
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA for agile project management, including workflows, reporting, and task tracking
