About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain our policy, procedure, and forms system—ensuring full compliance with aged care standards and legislation.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Lead to roll out a robust Quality and Governance framework.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and oversee our training program, including monitoring staff compliance.
  • Identify organisational risks and implement smart strategies to mitigate and minimise exposure.
  • Facilitate consultations with management, residents, and clients on aged care initiatives and policy changes.
  • Manage monthly audits and track the effectiveness of action plans.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that empower staff to innovate and contribute.
  • Maintain monthly data entry and evaluations across feedback, incidents, complaints, and more.
  • Drive the development and review of policies, procedures, and forms in line with our quality registers.
  • Track documentation reviews and ensure timely distribution across departments.
  • Keep our communications register sharp and effective through regular reviews.
