We are seeking an experienced
Senior Video Producer
to lead the end-to-end production of animation, live-action, and social-first video content. This role will oversee project delivery from concept development through to final execution, ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency.
The Senior Video Producer will collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent productions. They will confidently lead both internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage.
This role thrives across multiple production rhythms, from quick social edits to fully-produced live-action and animation campaigns, and knows how to structure teams, workflows and communication to meet the needs of each client and project.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Production Leadership
- Lead development and execution of animation, live-action and social video content
- Provide creative direction to ensure output meets brand and campaign objectives
- Translate client briefs into compelling concepts, treatments and production plans
- Work with directors, DOPs, animators, editors, and motion designers to guide storytelling and visual style
Project Management
- Manage production timelines, budgets, scopes and critical paths
- Experience using Clickup or similar project management tools such as Trello/Monday
- Oversee pre-production, shoot execution and post-production delivery
- Ensure high standards across creative, technical and brand requirements
- Drive production efficiencies and best-practice workflows
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout production
- Lead briefings, creative presentations, feedback cycles and approvals
- Set and manage expectations confidently and professionally
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage freelancers, crew and external production partners
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance creative culture
Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years producing video content across animation, live-action and socials
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple productions end-to-end
- Experience using Clickup or similar project management tools such as Trello/Monday
- Experience using excel to develop and forecast project budgets.
- Strong creative sensibility and confident presentation skills
- Ability to manage schedules and cross-functional teams
- Experience briefing directors, animators, editors and production crew
- Understanding social content production requirements.
- Knowledge of the animation production process.
