What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Manager Project Delivery Practice, the Senior Project Manager will play a dual role: delivering strategic technology projects and managing a team of Project Managers. You will provide leadership, structure, and guidance to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring alignment with the Linfox EPMO's frameworks and governance.

You can expect to:

  • Lead assigned technology projects from initiation to deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
  • Facilitate and lead Steering Committees, ensuring clear communication and governance
  • Oversee and mentor Project Managers, ensuring consistent application of Linfox's methodology and standards
  • Onboard new PMs and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver outstanding project outcomes
  • Prepare and present regular reports, ensuring key stakeholders remain informed and engaged

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar (mandatory)
  • Project Management certifications in both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methods
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at senior levels
  • Proficiency with MS Project Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
