Factory / Yard Hand – All Hills Fencing (AHF)

We're looking for a motivated Factory / Yard Hand who's ready to be the difference in our growing team. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll not only keep the wheels turning, but also help shape the future of a respected family business.

About the Role

Working in our busy factory yard, you'll play an essential part in ensuring our projects run smoothly and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring & cutting aluminium and steel for fabrication
  • Loading & unloading trucks and packing job materials
  • Driving a forklift (licence essential)
  • Sorting, picking & preparing materials for welders and installers
  • Liaising with staff, subcontractors, and delivery drivers
  • Maintaining equipment for safety and efficiency
  • Keeping the yard organised and WHS compliant
  • Completing daily paperwork and pre-start checks

What You'll Bring

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Experience in fencing or construction highly desirable
  • Welding skills (aluminium) an advantage
  • Clear driving and police record
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork and attention to detail
