A rare opportunity for a junior lawyer to transition into a hybrid legal-commercial role in the funds management space. Our client is a leading alternative investment management firm headquartered in Sydney, with a global presence in the UK and across the US.

The successful candidate will work across legal, operations and investments, to support transaction execution, fund structuring and regulatory compliance as well as distribution and capital raising initiatives.

Applicants should have a transactional legal background in either banking, funds, corporate at a top tier law firm. The ideal candidate would have circa 2 years PAE but more senior and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
