About the role

Reporting to the PMO, you'll play a key role in coordinating multiple workstreams within a complex transformation program that has been set up to integrate a newly acquired business. This role will support cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders across planning, reporting and governance. 

Duties / Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions including minute-taking and action tracking
  • Maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs and status reports
  • Support scheduling, resource planning and dependency tracking
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and materials for governance forums
  • Assist with change management activities including training logistics

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years' experience in project management
  • Experience of working on business integration or separation projects
  • Background in the financial planning, accounting or professional services industry is preferred
  • Strong organisation and time management skills across multiple priorities
  • Experience with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) desirable
