We proudly stock and service some of the world's leading brands, including Stihl, Honda, Gravely, Royal Enfield and Segway Powersports. If you love helping customers find the right parts, gear and solutions — this is the job for you.
About the role:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Accurately interpret spare parts requirements for motorcycles and outdoor power equipment
- End to end processing of parts orders, stock enquiries, and warranty claims
- Assist with retail sales of outdoor power equipment, accessories and motorcycles
- Maintain parts inventory levels and display stock
- Working closely with our workshop staff to ensure timely acquisition of parts
- Work collaboratively with brand and supplier representatives
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role (spare parts or retail sales preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in motorcycles and power equipment
- Elite communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale and inventory systems
- A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn
- Available to work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis
