About the Role:
MARKETING SYSTEMS LEAD
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Digital & Communications, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the marketing technology stack and ensuring that all marketing systems are effectively integrated and utilised to support our marketing strategies.
This role involves a combination of technical expertise and strategic planning to optimise marketing operations.
You will be the liaison between Marketing and IT for everything CRM.
Key responsibilities include:
- CE Marketing module: own and implement all front-end technical implementations. This includes taking a brief from our marketing campaigns team and building the logic for automated customer journeys; setting up intricate customer journeys with multiple branches based on pre-determined logic linked with Channel strategies; setting up custom triggers; building out lead scoring for define topical leads; working with CommOps and IT on our lead handover process; building out a comprehensive attribution model; CE data cleanliness and best practice.
- Managing Integration: overseeing the integration of various marketing systems, such as CRM, CMS (Sitecore Suite), marketing automation, and analytics platforms. This includes implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness, automating workflows, optimising system configurations, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Strategic Planning: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to develop and execute a strategic plan for the marketing technology stack. This plan should align with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing systems, marketing operations, or related field
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and automation tools
- Experience with CRM systems (eg. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) and marketing automation software (Microsoft Power Automate)
- Background in B2B marketing infrastructure, including building lead score models, lead pipelines and marketing funnels
- Experience with CMS software
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaborations skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams)
