Position Available: Experienced Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running the floor smoothly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to our valued customers, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Knowledgeable on wines and an understanding of the bar would be beneficial
  • Assisting patrons with menu selections and offering recommendations, with a strong understanding of wine pairings.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in bar operations, including cocktail mixing and beverage service.
  • Knowledgeable about different types of wine and their pairings with various dishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
