Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play the key role in all restaurant operations.

With a clear focus on best practice and operations excellence, you will assist in leading and mentoring the continuous development of your team, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of the business.

You will assist in leading your team to achieve in the areas of people, sales, and profit goals through the execution of our Business Plan.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within each of your restaurants
  • Leading a High Performing Team, with a strong talent pipeline behind it
