About the role:

Are you passionate about youth mental health and ready to make a real impact in your comunity? At headspace Emerald, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Clinician to join our suportive, purposed-driven team.

In this role, you'll walk alongside young people as they navighate challeneges, helping them to build resilience, confidence and hope for the future. Everyday is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

What will a typical day look like?

• Promote youth-friendly practices.
• Conduct holistic assessment and craft personalised, strengths based care plans.
• Provide 1:1 counselling, psychoeducation, and skills building in centre and outreach.
• Facilitate engaging, evidence-based group programs for young people and their families.
• Collaborate with young people and their support networks to set goals and achieve meanignful outcomes
• Embrace inclusive practices that recognise the important role of family, freinds and culture in recovery and wellbeing. .

Mandatory Requirements:

• Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including counselling, social work, psychology, mental health nursing and occupational therapy.
• Registration or membership with APHRA or AASW

• The ability to identify and embed solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
