Product Consultant

As a Product Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide expert guidance on product strategies, development, and implementation.  Your role will involve working alongside allied health professionals in assessing client needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring that products meet client expectations and business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Arrange product demonstrations and equipment trials in the community and within the showroom
• Working alongside clinicians, clients, and their families you will offer expert advice and recommendations on assistive technology equipment solutions
• Develop, manage, and consolidate referrals in a timely manner
• Present various levels of education around assistive technology equipment
• Occasional regional travel with overnight stays.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Consultant
• Commercial/sales aptitude to balance products with clinical outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a referral network
• High level of knowledge and reasoning to justify equipment features.

Required Licences and Compliance Checks

• A full driver's licence and maintain an unrestricted Driver's Licence
• Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Covid 19 Vaccination and Influenza Vaccination
• Adhere to Australian Road Rules
