Gutter Guard Installer (Casual, Permanent, or Subcontractor) –

Illawarra, Wollongong & Sutherland Shire

We are a leading, highly professional gutter guard installation company servicing the Illawarra, Wollongong and Sutherland Shire regions. Due to strong ongoing demand, we are seeking experienced Gutter Guard Installers to join our team.

We are hiring for both casual-to-permanent positions and subcontractor roles.

About the Role

We install premium aluminium and steel mesh gutter guard systems on a wide range of roof types. You'll be working on:

  • Metal and tile roofs
  • Valleys
  • Lowset and highset homes

This role suits someone with strong technical skills, roofing experience, and the ability to work safely and professionally on residential roofs.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have:

  • Proven gutter guard installation experience (essential)
  • Ability to install aluminium and steel mesh products
  • Confidence working at heights on all roof types
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A reliable vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
  • An ABN (for subcontractors) or willingness to obtain

We are not training new installers at this time — experience is required.
