ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a role that requires a strong and passionate Assistant Managerwith extensive experience in high-volume, late-night trading venues featuring live music and entertainment. This is your chance to lead an engaged team where your energy, expertise, and leadership skills will help create exceptional experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while managing a variety of shift operations working closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager.

ABOUT YOU

You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced multi-faceted venues. Motivated to work hands-on, you will be actively present on the floor, supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar role within a large, multi-faceted venue.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
  • Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification is mandatory
  • Experience with IdealPos and Deputy is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to use initiative.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, creating a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving on the run.
  • Highly organised, maintaining consistency in service quality.
