Catering Assistant

We're looking for a reliable Catering Assistant who enjoys working around young people and wants to support our catering team in delivering nutritious, hearty meals to groups of 20–200+.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with food preparation and serving
  • Support the chef and catering team with kitchen duties
  • Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in food service or kitchen work (preferred but not essential)
  • An understanding of safe food practices
  • A positive, team-player attitude with flexibility for a camp environment
  • A genuine enjoyment of working in an environment with kids and teenagers

Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence and ability to obtain a Blue Card
