The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity arises for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong history in Australian residential building industry, B2B sales and business development in Canberra. You will have the capacity to drive industry change from the ground, promote and sale industry leading sustainable Windows & Doors solution for energy rated projects. Provide solutions to our clients and industry. Cement and enhance our Brand Position as industry leaders.

This is a key role within our company, one that will be instrumental to driving growth and building business relationships. Part of a dynamic support team, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Accountability Includes:

  • Implementing outbound sales strategies and identifying business opportunities
  • Building new business relationships and nurturing existing customers relationships
  • Work closely within the Sales Administration framework and support team to enhance efficient pipeline drive and client service.
  • Building industry networks and partnerships.
  • Be part of our positive sales culture and energetic organisational spirit aligned to our values and Code of Ethics
  • Monitor & manage your annual, quarterly, and monthly sales metrics and targets.
  • Create and proactively manage strategic partnerships to increase sales pipeline opportunities and new client wins.
  • Manage and attend relevant industry events to build clientele network to increase sales pipeline opportunities and new client prospects.
  • Generates customised new business proposals and terms of business with new clientele.
  • Enhancing and adhere to Tk sales processes, sales tools and sales platforms, to improve the sales function infrastructure where required.

Your Competencies

  • Experience
    : Experienced in field/outbound B2B sales professional roles with a track record of success in sales in Australian residential Building Industry.
  • Organised
    : Efficient in time management and proficient in managing your workload in hitting your personal & departmental targets.
  • Innovative and self-driven:
     You will be driven and agile in responding to outcome focussed mindset.
  • Solutions orientated:
     You identify and drive forward improvements individually and within the broader sales team.
  • An excellent communicator
    : Effective communicator in verbal and written at all levels.
  • Sales Process & Pipeline management
    : Trained in sales closing, Pipeline drive & relationship building strategies.
