Primary Duties:

  • Develop detailed design drawings in particular electrical schematics and terminations, panel layouts, single line diagrams, instrument drawing, and block diagrams.
  • Develop 3D models of electrical equipment (including cable ladder, conduits, panels and electrical equipment) is preferable but not essential.
  • Apply attention and diligence to uphold quality standards, and client requirements, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to the engineering design Change Management process.

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated experience in design and consultancy roles within mining and minerals processing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality assurance focus.
  • Adaptable and proactive in complex, evolving project environments.
  • Experience with client standards and specifications and ability to interpret and incorporate requirements.
  • 5+ years' experience in design/consultancy environment.
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Navisworks, and Bentley MicroStation.
