We are looking for a part time experienced pool handyman/maintenance person to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings for approx 4 hours starting at 6.00am. Required to commence asap.

  • Daily pool and spa and rooftop spa checks, cleaning and maintenance
  • Daily checks, cleaning of Pool Toilet and Games Room
  • Daily BBQ checks and cleaning
  • Linen delivery to units for cleaners
  • Cleaning balcony windows prior to guest arrivals
  • Daily walkaround and tidy of garden and grounds
  • Weekly vacuum of foyer carpets
  • Weekly mopping of reception area and lifts
  • Cleaning of lifts
  • Lawn mowing
  • General unit maintenance as needed
  • Bringing large rubbish bins in from roadside on Wednesday morning and taking out Friday morning using a tractor and bringing in recycle bins fortnightly
