Steel-Line Garage Doors is seeking a dynamic and future-focused WA State Manager to lead our Western Australian operations. This pivotal role carries full P&L responsibility and oversees manufacturing, sales, and operations. You will be instrumental in driving performance aligned with both the Australian and WA Core Business Plans, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the WA team across sales, factory operations, and administration.
  • Drive strategic execution of the WA business plan, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations to meet daily output targets and cost efficiency goals.
  • Champion safety initiatives with a strong commitment to our Towards Zero Harm philosophy.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and lead generation programs.
  • Manage key customer relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with head office on staffing, compliance, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in executive-level planning and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Safety: Implementation of WHS standards and incident reduction.
  • Sales Revenue: Achievement of monthly and annual targets.
  • Manufacturing Costs: Cost control and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales and operational teams.
  • Deep understanding of WHS practices and manufacturing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
