Tractor Operators – Broadacre Cropping | WA (Dongara Region)

The Company

The Role
We are currently seeking experienced machinery operators for seeding positions based in Southern Western Australia, near Dongara (northwest of Perth). These roles are ideal for candidates with broadacre or row cropping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Applicants will be required to operate a range of farm machinery, including but not limited to:

  • Variable rate spreader operations
  • Tractor/rolling operations (40-foot rollers)
  • Air seeder operation
  • Self-propelled boom spraying
  • Post-season cleaning and maintenance of seeding equipment
  • General farm duties including machinery and property maintenance, and light earthworks
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in broadacre cropping and machinery operation
  • Familiarity with GPS guidance systems
  • Skills in general machinery servicing and maintenance
