Our Commercial Banking business serves over 10,000 clients across Australia that have financial requirements. The team looks after diversified clients with aggregated debt of between $10M and $50M, or Turnover between $30M and $150M. The Team can also write Property Investment debt up to $20M. Our commitment to our clients is unwavering as is our delivery of insights and creative solutions to help them drive the growth of their businesses. Do work that matters

This role has come about due to the promotion of one of our highly talented Team Managers and is a key leadership opportunity that will see you draw on your flair for coaching and development to enable the overall success of your team of Analysts. Your focus will be to role-model best practice in driving our customer centric culture and ensuring your people have the necessary capability to deliver exceptional service within compliant frameworks. You will identify and assess risk and share your insights, drive productivity and ensure your teams culture of accountability and excellence.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for experience in leadership. In addition to that you will demonstrate your ability to engage and inspire You may be a Senior Analyst experienced in coaching and mentoring ready to take your next step or a Relationship Executive looking for a people leadership opportunity. Whichever it is, a passion for leading and developing people is critical to your success in this role - It is anticipated you will have extensive experience in financial services, and exposure to risk and compliance methodologies. You have a strong commercial acumen and are well known for your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, peers and clients .
