About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a consistently high quality product to all of our customers and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use initiative & work effectively in a busy team environment
  • Creating & executing new menu items & daily specials.
  • Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
  • Maintain food costings and inventory.
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
  • Adhere to WH&S standards and procedures
  • Comply with Haus internal policies & procedures

To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have:

Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
