As a sales consultant you are a part of the Norris Motor Group which is one of Brisbane's largest family-owned automotive dealership groups. Our ideal candidates must have:

· A positive and bubbly personality

· Be able to build rapport instantly with customers

· Experience in sales, customer facing roles or hospitality

· Demonstrating exceptional customer service

· Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent presentation, Self-motivation with the drive to exceed targets

· Ability to take initiative and work hard under pressure

· Maintaining product knowledge

· Ability to face every challenge with good time management skills

· A current Australian Drivers Licence

What we are seeking is a customer focused individuals that possess excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to customer care and have the ability to work towards both individual and team targets. The successful candidate must hold a current driver's license and a clear Police Check. Our packages are uncapped so it is certainly possible to exceed in earning a high income with the right outcomes. The typical sales consultant with us earns between $70,000 - $120,000 including commissions.
