Your new role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse – Clinical Facilitator to join our team, playing a key leadership role in delivering specialist palliative care to patients with complex needs. Within this role you will:

• Provide advanced clinical leadership and expert coordination in the management of palliative care patients/residents/clients.
• Work autonomously within the healthcare team, using critical thinking to inform decision-making and care delivery.
• Support education, research, and professional development through clinical facilitation and portfolio responsibilities.
• Act as a professional leader in the ward or service area, including assuming leadership in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7.

About you:

You are a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a passion for palliative care and a commitment to excellence in clinical practice and education. In addition, you will have:

• Strong clinical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing complex care needs.
• Proven capability in facilitating education, supporting staff development, and contributing to research and quality improvement.
• The ability to effectively manage portfolios and uphold national standards in safety and quality care.
