You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively with a high level of customer service. This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days in office / 2 at home), permanent role.

This role is responsible for supporting and completing administrative tasks with our Client Services Team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively with a high level of customer service.

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days in office / 2 at home), permanent role.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and working with basic company secretarial work.
  • Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
  • Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
    Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
