THE POSITION

We currently have positions available for Car Park Attendants working on a rotating roster in Grand Central Shopping Centre,Toowoomba.

* Casual opportunities

* 18+ hours available

* Level 2 pay

Reporting to the Car Park Manager, this exciting role will expose you to all aspects of car park operations within Brisbane, with focus on friendly, efficient customer service. On a daily basis, you will have responsibility for the efficient operation of the car parks on the site, providing a great customer experience to the large volume of customers who use the car parks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will have:

* Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries);

* Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, and;

* Eligibility to work in Australia

* Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills

* Be experienced working in a busy environment

* Have computer literacy

* Be able to work independently and as part of a team

* A willingness to learn and grow with the company

* Valet experience preferred, but not essential

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
