We're currently looking for a driven Automotive Sales & Product Listings Specialist, someone who's confident talking cars, understands aftermarket parts, and can manage product listings with accuracy and flair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Sales & Support: Engage with customers online, over the phone, and in-store to provide expert advice, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Product Listings & Updates: Create, maintain, and optimise product listings across our website with accurate descriptions, specs, and images.
  • Content Support: Work with our marketing team to produce attractive listings, highlight promotions, and showcase new arrivals.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and improve the customer experience.

About You

  • You're passionate about cars - especially JDM and Euro performance builds.
  • You're confident, personable, and results-driven in customer interactions.
  • You have strong attention to detail and enjoy maintaining clean, accurate product listings.
  • You can multitask effectively
  • You have a background in the automotive industry
