We're Hiring: Fresh Produce Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure high standards of quality control across all fresh produce.
* Manage stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
* Perform regular price adjustments in line with market trends and sales targets.
* Provide product knowledge and training to team members to improve service and efficiency.
* Lead and motivate staff in daily operations and performance.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer appeal.
* Monitor and report on department performance, margins, and supplier issues.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a produce management or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of fresh produce varieties, seasonality, and handling requirements.
* Proven ability to manage pricing, stock levels, and waste efficiently.
* Skilled in visual merchandising and creating attractive displays.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
