You'll be supporting the Store Manager at our Cheltenham DFO store to lead your team and create a store experience that's bursting with energy and imagination. It's all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small
This Part-time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life
- Assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Create an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages.
- Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
- Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
- Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
- Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential
