At Little Voyagers Early Learning Centre in Sylvania, we're searching for a dedicated Second-In-Charge (2IC) and Room Leader who brings at least 1 year of leadership experience and a genuine love for working with children.

Position Available:

  • 2IC / Room Leader (Minimum 1 year experience required)

  • Confident in leading a team and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Skilled in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Passionate about nurturing each child's growth and development
  • Able to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
