The Role

As part of our bar team, you'll be the face of the venue — serving drinks, chatting with customers, and helping to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere. You'll work across both the bar, dining and gaming areas, delivering excellent service while keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails) quickly and professionally.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
  • Assist customers in the gaming lounge and ensure compliance with RCG.
  • Keep the floor clean and inviting.
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
  • Keep the bar and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Follow RSA and RCG guidelines at all times.
  • Support the team during busy shifts, functions, and events.

What We're Looking For

  • Positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
  • Previous bar, dining, gaming, or hospitality experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA (and RCG if working in gaming) required.

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Narooma NSW 2546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • RSA and RCG (Required)

  • Australia (Preferred)
