Bar Staff

**The Role**

As part of our bar team, you’ll be the face of the venue — serving drinks, chatting with customers, and helping to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere. You’ll work across both the bar, dining and gaming areas, delivering excellent service while keeping everything running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve drinks (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails) quickly and professionally.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in the gaming lounge and ensure compliance with RCG.
- Keep the floor clean and inviting.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Follow RSA and RCG guidelines at all times.
- Support the team during busy shifts, functions, and events.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
- Previous bar, dining, gaming, or hospitality experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA (and RCG if working in gaming) required.

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narooma NSW 2546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA and RCG (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
