The Senior Product Manager (Platform & Analytics) will oversee the full lifecycle of two of ELMO's most strategically important product areas: Platform and Analytics. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, shaping product direction to deliver cutting-edge, secure and AI-powered solutions.

In Analytics, you will lead ELMO's AI-powered replatforming initiative, enhancing natural language processing and data visualisation, while building the data architecture and tooling to scale analytics as a core growth driver.

In Platform, you will advance architectural strategy and modernisation, including component modularisation, user management and permissioning, and key capability development such as reporting overhaul, AI/NLP integration and shared component enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as strategic owner, accountable for the 18-month product strategy aligned with ELMO's 3-year vision
• Define and run product strategy, roadmaps, and OKR planning cycles with significant autonomy in decision-making
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
• Lead product launches and GTM activities, building confidence and buy-in for the product vision
• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively work with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct business problems are being solved.
• Evangelise the ELMO product suite to build confidence and buy-in for the product vision.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform prioritisation and solution design.
• Clearly articulate product requirements to engineering teams and maintain the product roadmap.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Strong commercial acumen including numeracy.
• Demonstrated work experience of agile methodologies.
• Ability to identify roadblocks and conflicts and work towards a resolution to keep the project on track.
• Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
