About the role

Lighthouse Christian College - Keysborough is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Faith & Wellbeing to join their dynamic team. As the Head of Faith & Wellbeing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the spiritual and wellbeing curriculum for the school, ensuring students receive a holistic education that nurtures their faith and overall wellbeing. This is a full-time non-teaching position based in Keysborough, VIC 3173.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Christian school or education setting
• Strong theological knowledge and understanding of Christian principles and practices
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing faith and wellbeing programs that support student growth and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and the broader school community
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Commitment to the Christian ethos and HEART values of the school
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, psychology, theology, or a related field
