About the Role

We are seeking
Senior Data Engineers
to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-based data solutions that are shaping our organization's future. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and models to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    cloud-based ETL/ELT workflows
    , ideally in
    Azure
    .
  • Build and optimize scalable
    data pipelines
    using
    Databricks and Spark
    .
  • Apply strong
    Python
    skills to data transformation and automation tasks.
  • Implement and maintain robust
    data models and data warehouses
    , following best-practice design principles.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Ensure
    data quality, governance, and scalability
    across platforms.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in
cloud-based data engineering
(Azure preferred).

Proficiency in
Python
for data engineering.

Hands-on experience with
Databricks
and
Spark
.

Solid knowledge of
data warehousing
and
data modelling best practices
.

Ability to work independently and in a team, delivering on critical deadlines.
