Roving Security Officer- Luna Park

CONSTANT is actively seeking experienced Security Officers to join the team to work at Luna Park, Sydney. This role will be ensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues.

Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available to commence site inductions and training from Wednesday 17th September and be able to start shifts on Monday 22nd September.

Responsibilities;

  • Conducting hourly patrols of the venue providing support to customers where required, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Ensuring crowd control measures are in place as and when required
  • Responding to incidents, ensuring the safety of the staff and public
  • Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, ensuring RSA legislation and guidelines are upheld.
  • Responding to and investigating alarms
  • Providing medical assistance including CPR as required
  • Traffic management & vehicle escorting
  • Completing accurate and thorough incident reports

To be considered for the above role you will need to be available to work across days, nights & weekends on a rotating roster. Please see below the typical shift patterns, however, this may extend during holidays or peak periods.

Monday - Thursday: 15:00 - 00:00 & 00:00 - 10:00

Friday: 15:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 - 06:00

Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00

Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00

Requirements;

  • NSW Security License (Class 1A)
  • Current NSW First Aid & CPR
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
