The role
As Assistant Fund Manager, you will support the strategic and operational management of a growing, high-performing logistics portfolio. You will work closely with the Fund Manager to drive portfolio performance, manage investor relationships and contribute to fund strategy.
This is a rare opportunity to blend your investment management expertise with a passion for creating lasting impact in the logistics sector.
What you will be doing
- Contributing to the development and execution of fund strategy and portfolio initiatives.
- Driving investment performance by working closely with asset and development management teams.
- Preparing and presenting investment recommendations for acquisitions, divestments, and developments.
- Liaising with investors, providing insights and updates on portfolio performance.
- Overseeing financial modelling, budgets, valuations and compliance reporting.
- Managing service provider relationships, ensuring performance and alignment with fund objectives.
What makes you stand out
You are a proactive and commercially minded professional with a strong background in property funds or investment management. With relevant experience and a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property or a related field, you bring well-developed analytical and financial modelling skills, along with sharp problem-solving abilities.
Equally comfortable working with numbers as you are engaging with people, you excel at building relationships and communicating insights with clarity and confidence. Highly detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative and energetic approach that adds real value to your team and stakeholders.
