Baltour is a modern care home set in a lush, leafy suburb on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. You'll be close to the local community with neighbouring; school, church, parks, Chatswood shopping precinct, local shops and transport links nearby. It consists of 85 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About the Role

Use your fantastic cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

Duties

  • Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
  • Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering

Skills and Experience

  • Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
  • Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
