The Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Master Brand program.

In this pivotal role, you'll bring structure, momentum and heart to this high-impact project that defines who we are — guiding how we show up for our people, our customers, and the communities we support.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and governance of the Master Brand strategy, linked with purpose, values and EVP programs across a diverse house of brands.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure effective change management, communication and engagement strategies across the Master Brand executiuon.
  • Establish strong governance and working groups to ensure transparency, collaboration and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Develop communication and engagement materials to connect people to the organisation's shared purpose and values.
  • Champion inclusive, values-driven ways of working that build unity and pride across the organisation.

About You

You're a strategic and hands-on project leader who thrives in dynamic, purpose-led environments. You combine structure and empathy, balancing deadlines and governance with human-centred change and engagement.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale brand, culture or transformation programs (ideally in complex or values-driven organisations).
  • Strong project and change management capability with an ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A deep appreciation for purpose, inclusion and the power of people-led transformation.
