Company Description

Nine is Australia's largest locally owned media company. Working at Nine, you'll have access to a unique range of experiences and opportunities, helping drive the success of the country's most trusted television, radio, digital and publishing brands.

Our content reaches almost every Australian - meaning what we do has real impact. We bring people together, celebrate the big moments, and capture the everyday ones.

Some of our most beloved brands have been part of Australian life for generations, and others - new on the scene - have already found their place firmly in our lives. We're evolving and we need people like you to bring new ideas, innovate and make your mark.

Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven People & Culture Analyst to support a suite of high-impact transformation initiatives in a dynamic media environment. You'll play a critical role in analysing workforce data, preparing and documenting organisational design work, and enabling effective decision-making through robust insights and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and organisational skills, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation Design & Documentation: Document organisational models and workforce change frameworks (e.g., org structure designs, workforce planning tools).

  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse key people data to support workforce change and people impact tracking. Support People Business Partners in automating processes that facilitate workforce change with integrity and efficiency.

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support KPI tracking and cultural adoption metrics.

  • Workshop & Meeting Support: Coordinate and schedule transformation workshops, create agendas, organise relevant materials, and capture key decisions and action items through detailed notes.

  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the Head of People Transformation to influence strategic planning and reporting.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working in HR, transformation, workforce planning, or a related analytical role.

  • High attention to detail and confidence working with complex data sets and documentation.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, particularly in workshop or project environments.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally HRIS or workforce analytics platforms.

Why Join Us?

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change across Nine's diverse landscape. You will be at the forefront of transforming our company's operating model, ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs of our employees and business.

If you're passionate about delivering transformative workforce change and thrive in collaborative, innovative environments, we'd love to hear from you
