We are looking for an experience Receptionist who has a legal or professional office background.

THE FIRM

Finemore Walters & Story is a long-established law firm which practices in most areas of the law. The firm is one of the largest in the Wide Bay area.

THE ROLE

As the face of the firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and the team. You will be instrumental in ensuing the smooth running of daily operations, all while working closely with other staff members. Your responsibilities will include:-

  • Acting as the welcome face of the firm, greeting clients and visitors;

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries with professionalism;

  • Co-ordinating the Reception area and ensuring meeting rooms are always ready to use;

  • Provide general administrative support across the firm as needed.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a confident and capable Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced client focused environment. You will bring:-

  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people;

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality service;

  • Proven ability to juggle tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced setting;

  • Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.

Remuneration will be as per the Legal Services Award 2020 and based on experience.
