Seeking an experienced FULL TIME ECT to join an exceeding service based in Austral, Southwest of Sydney. 

Job Description: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to bring joy, creativity, and imagination into the classroom. Your role will involve:

  • Designing and implementing engaging and interactive lesson plans that spark curiosity and enthusiasm
  • Creating a safe and inclusive space where children feel excited to learn and express themselves
  • Using innovative teaching methods to make learning fun, from storytelling and games to arts and crafts
  • Nurturing the social and emotional development of children through positive interactions and teamwork
  • Encouraging a love for learning by fostering a sense of wonder and discovery
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to celebrate and share children's achievements and milestones.

Qualifications:

  • A COMPLETED Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
  • At least 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, or equivalent
  • Right to Work in Australia, without restriction
