Are you looking to start your career in real estate? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Kat Ramljak Team as a Real Estate Sales Associate. No prior experience is necessary—we're looking for someone with passion, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed

What You'll Do:

  • Source and nurture leads for the team
  • Assist with buyer enquiry and call ins.
  • Assist buyers and sellers in finding properties that suit their needs and preferences

  • Attend building + pest and bank valuations.

  • Participate in property viewings and provide key information to clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed team targets
  • Manage and update client databases

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior real estate experience is required (training will be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
  • A genuine passion for real estate and helping others
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • A Current Real Estate License
  • A QLD driver's license and access to a car
